Refund & Return Policy – Omasha Traders

At Omasha Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product or size is delivered

  • Manufacturing defects identified at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With original tags, packaging, and invoice

  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or specially ordered products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit

Replacement

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we offer replacement instead of refund, subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
